Shipping policy

Standard shipping or Express shipping is available and the prices vary depending on your location.  Please contact us for an accurate cost for Express Shipping to your location.  We use Australia Post for our deliveries.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide the correct information including delivery address. A shipping box will be used for larger Millinery items instead of a traditional hat box. Hat Atelier accepts no liability or responsibility for any loss or damage sustained during shipping or for any Shipping Delays. 

International – It is the purchaser’s responsibility to pay any customs duties, tax, general sales tax, value added tax or import tariffs that may be assessed as required by the customs authorities of the importing country.
